Shri Vijay Pawar is a law graduate of 1969. He is a stalwart and a titan of the general insurance industry having experience of over 4 decades. Well regarded and respected by the industry, he has unparalleled and deep insights on the working of the insurance industry. In his capacity as a top management at United India Insurance in Mumbai region, he managed majority of the largest and the most complex risks like ONGC, Reliance Industries, Indian Oil, HPCL, BPCL, M&M, Tata Group Companies and Godrej to name a few. These risks span across industry sectors such as energy, oil exploration, steel, power projects both operational and under construction, infrastructure, metro, telecom, auto, financial services, information technology and aviation.

He was the founding CEO and MD of the Reliance General Insurance in 2001. As a CEO and MD of the startup venture, he nurtured and grew Reliance General to a formidable brand in a span of 5 years. Thereafter he joined as Group Advisor (Insurance) to Reliance ADAG Group between 2005-2010 advising Reliance group companies on risk management. As ED and CEO, he was again entrusted with the task of turning around Reliance General Insurance between 2010-2011.He was Advisor to Reliance Capital from 2011-12. He joined as Advisor and Director on the board of Aon Global Insurance Brokers Pvt Ltd till 2016 and guided Aon Global towards an accelerated growth path.

At present he is Managing Partner at Future Force Training Academy LLP. The academy is training young graduates towards making them employable by developing their skill sets. The academy is developing content for training for general Insurance industry. He is the Founder MD, Nivisha Consultancy Services.

His advice is sought by a number of large clients on their insurance programs and critical claim areas. He is an advisor to a number of Central Cooperative Banks in Maharashtra on their Insurance programs, claims settlements and setting up banc-assurance tie ups and creating distribution network in rural sector.

Shri Pawar is actively engaged in different social activities helping communities and groups towards developing skills, enhancing individual and collective abilities for their well-being. He is the Chairman of Shriram Shikshan Sanstha, which runs a school named R.G.Pawar High School in a rural area at Matwan near Dapoli ( Dist: Ratnagiri) with 400 students. He is also a Director and Advisor on the Board of an education institute "Gnyandeep Education Trust" at Dapoli Dist: Ratnagiri, which runs a High school and Junior College with 2000 students..

Mr Pawar is well respected as a great leader in the industry and a motivator with a tremendous track record.

Lakshmi Mahadevan has a wide exposure and experience in a range of corporate & commercial matters as corporate legal counsel and company secretary to a number of reputed companies during her professional career of more than 20 years.

She has advised reputed overseas corporate entities (Europe/Japan/China) for setting up their Indian operations, on matters relating to foreign investment (FDI), RBI regulations, FEMA, establishment of appropriate legal entity structure based on Indian Laws like subsidiary companies / joint venture companies for multinational clients as per their requirements and also on issues relating to legal, statutory, regulatory compliance under applicable corporate laws.

Her expertise includes drafting, reviewing and negotiating vital legal documentation. She has in-depth exposure in M&A, Joint Venture issues and structuring of deals. Her expertise in commercial contracts such as mergers and acquisition related, joint venture agreements, vendor & customer contracts, franchise & distributor agreements, licensor and licensee, employer and employee contracts is well regarded in the industry.

Lakshmi has successfully navigated, negotiated and signed up distribution agreements with International Luxury Brands, such as Paul Smith, CANALI, KENZO, JUST CAVALLI Jimmy Choo, Bottega Veneta, AIGNER, PAUL SMITH while working with a leading fashion and lifestyle brand.

As an in-house counsel she advised the group companies on core legal matters. She has wide exposure in investigation of frauds as well as handling matters relating to sexual harassment of women at work place. She has also worked very closely with a number of leading senior lawyers.

She has been associated and worked very closely with Mohinder Puri & Co, a leading Consulting Firm. During her career spanning over two decades she has worked with Genesis Colors Pvt Ltd, (owner of premium fashion and lifestyle brand “Satya Paul” and “SAMSAARA”), Genesis Luxury Fashion, Essar Telecom, Usha India and Caparo Group in different capacities.

Vinod Kumar Singhal

He is the Chairman of VSC Consulting with over 30 years of rich and in-depth experience across the entire gamut of Finance, Direct and Indirect Taxation, Audit & Assurance functions like Statutory Audit, Tax Audits, Internal & Management Audits, with Government, PSU & Pvt Sectors, Company Law Matters, Capital Advisory, Investments, Compliance, Risk Management, Working Capital, Project Finance, Strategic Initiatives, M&As, Valuation and Insolvency Bankruptcy areas.  He has strong ability to master a situation quickly; highly knowledgeable in a wide variety of professional disciplines and an expert at organizing & directing turnover situations.

A mission-focused leader with rich and qualitative experience and deep exposure across various  functions viz., Accounting, Auditing, Statutory compliances, People Management, General Administration. He has immense experience in managing various Taxation processes, capital advisory, government related matters, valuation, corporate debt restructuring and forensic audit.

Ramkumar Krishnamachari, Director, is an ACA, AICWA, CPA, CFA. He has over 30 years of experience in finance of which 15 years was in the role as a CFO. He was amongst the Top 20 rank holders at AICWA & ACA (1987-89).

Ram has in-depth experience across the entire gamut of Finance, including Business Finance, Financial reporting, ERP, Investments, Compliance, Taxation, Risk Management, Working Capital, Project Finance, Strategic Initiatives, M&As and Divestures, Corporate governance. Ram has been CFO of Reliance Capital, Royal Sundaram and Just Dial. At present he is an Angel Investor, Independent Director and Mentor.

Senior Advisor- Aviation Engineering – Military and Civil

Group Captain Dr R D Sharma (Retd) IAF, Consultant - Aviation Engineering – Military and Civil, Ph.D in Electronics has worked with Indian Airforce for 28 years. He was Chief Engineering Officer/Electronic Warfare Squadron. He was in charge of   aircraft maintenance for fighter aircrafts like MIG (all series), Mirage 2000, Bison, Sukhoi 30 at forward air bases like Amritsar, Jammu, Gwalior, Suratgarh, Chabua etc. Dr Sharma was Capital Procurement and Senior Project Engineer, CSDO, Air HQ, New Delhi. Dr Sharma has an indepth domain experience in aircraft engineering, maintenance, purchase and procurement cycle, accident investigation and training of  engineering personnel and pilots.

He has conducted training programs for Pilots  of Indigo Airlines. Dr Sharma is presently a consultant to Aircraft Accident Investigation Bureau (AAIB), Ministry of Civil Aviation, Govt of India.
